Click on the item you want to buy. Then click "buy now". You'll then see your item in the shopping cart and below you'll see the Google checkout button. Click on that button. You'll be directed to the next page. On the left you can fill out your credit card information (if you don't already have a google checkout account), or on the right you can sign in to your google checkout account. You will then be directed to the order page where you place your order. On the left side of the page under "additional options" you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code. It will say "Use a coupon" in front of it. Enter the code and then click on "apply". Then your total will change as you see the coupon discount applied. Then at the bottom you can click on the gray button that says "place your order now" at which point your card will be charged and the order will process.

Shipping generally takes anywhere from 7-14 business days. Orders have USPS tracking numbers which you will have received in your delivery confirmation email. You can track your order at anytime with the United States Postal Service. The shipping fulfillment center is located in Utah. The product manufacturing facility is located in New York. Recently demand for hydroheel products has increased and we are working hard to meet the demand with our production staff. If for any reason there should be some type of delay of shipping on your order, you will be notified within the first 48 hours of placing your order via phone or email. If you have not heard from us then you can expect the typical delivery time of 7-14 business days. If it has been longer than 14 business days please contact our customer service info@hydroheel.com and you will receive a response within 24 hours or less.

Email us at info@hydroheel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. List your coupon code in the email and we will refund the difference you should have saved back onto your card. We will notify you within 24 hours of your email to let you know your card has been credited the difference.

Yes. As long as the code has not expired there is no limit has to how many times you can use a coupon code.

Hydroheel is also available in select salons and spas. You can contact our customer service at info@hydroheel.com to find out if there is a store near you that sells hydroheel. Coupons for the online store are for online purchases only and are not valid for retail store purchases.

Unfortunately we do not. However you are welcome to contact info@hydroheel.com if you need urgent delivery. They can look into setting up an option for you.

You are welcome to contact info@hydroheel.com and our customer service department can email you an order form which you can email or fax back to us. The order form is for credit cards only and you will need to complete your credit card information on the form. Your order will then be processed within 1 business day of submitting your order form to us.
